As per the decision of the ICP Core Committee Meeting held on 5th August 2025, Centers are allowed to fill the vacant seats advertised for the exams by candidates who meet the following criteria:

• The candidate has appeared for the exam conducted by the ICP, and
• Has not been allotted any center, or
• Has been allotted a center which she/he did not accept.
• Any candidate who has been allotted a center and has either frozen the seat (accepted) and / or reported to a center and then not joined shall not be eligible.
• Centres are required to inform the ICP of the selected candidate, and an official letter will be issued by ICP after verification and payment of ICP registration fee of INR 5000.
• Deadline: The last date for candidate joining is 15th August 2025.
